At the end of the 2024 football season, a student Big Blue Recycling Crew member reached out to us about an idea she had for the 2025 football season. When she approached us with her idea she informed us that she didn’t have the drawing skills nor the know how to make her vision come true. I said, something along the lines of, “don’t worry about it because I do.”
I used the student's mood board to create the designs for the buttons. I started out with analog tracing, and sketching, of images before they were digitized and colored.
I wanted each button to stand out on its own, and for them to look cohesive as a set.
